WP 4203 of 2005:

Writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to include the Petitioner's name in the C list of SubInspectors of Police fit for promotion as Inspectors of Police drawn for the year 2004-05 in accordance with the G.O.Ms.No.1054 Home (Police III) Department dated 13.7.1995 and G.O.Ms.No.1627 Home(Police III) Department dated 24.10.1996 above those SubInspectors of Police selected and appointed from open market for the year 1994-95 with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ appeal is directed against the interim order. But subsequently, the main writ petition itself stands allowed on 22.11.2010.
