This Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6387 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.
