The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the Crime No.675 of 2022 imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide Order dated 02.07.2024. He further seeks time for producing two sureties as per the said order of this Court.

Considering the submission, this Court directs the defacto complainant to withdraw the said amount as per the condition of this Court vide Order dated 02.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10613 of 2024 and the petitioner is also granted two weeks time to produce sureties as per the said Order of this Court. 5.

Accordingly, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
