ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.318 of 2025, pending on its file.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent-police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.318 of 2025 within a period of three (3) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
