(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w Section 7(i) a (ii) EC 1955 of IPC in Crime No.60 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has furnished a copy of the First Information Report and it indicated that the petitioners are the absconding accused in a case where the following essential commodities were seized for possessing without proper authority

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition before this court and he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Considering the huge quantity of essential commodities seized and also considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
