This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint, it appears that this petitioner, who is a practicing Advocate has a quarrel with one Gayathri and Raja, practicing Advocate in Egmore Court.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.1271 of 2015.
5. Since the dispute is between the two Advocates, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
