This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2012 in CSR.No.491 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in CSR.No.491 of 2012, enquiry was conducted and closed on 20.09.2015.
