Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to revaluate the answer papers of Petitioner's son Minor S.Dheeraj Kumar for the three subjects namely Hindi, Mathematics and Social Science of IX Class and if petitioner son not obtaining the qualifying marks then allow him to participate in the Compartment Exam to be conducted by the Respondents 1 to 3 herein based upon her representation dated 02.04.2019.
