ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hand of respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of I.P.C in Crime No.4 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Totally there are four accused in this case and the petitioner herein arrayed as A2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons pretended themselves that they were securing job in Government Departments and they have collected a sum of Rs.84,82,000/- from various persons. After receiving the said amount the petitioners neither secured the job nor returned the amount. Hence, the complaint. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. The learned additional public prosecutor would submit that the petitioner and other accused persons pretended themselves that they were securing job in Government Departments and they have collected a sum of Rs.84,82,000/- from various persons and cheated the general public. 5.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
