Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter is pertain to the transfer of students, who are studying in the first respondent's university. He further submitted that, due to the efflux of time, the prayer as sought for in the writ appeal has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal and to that he has also made an endorsement.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
