Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for non-compliance and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.27206 of 2021 dated 16.10.2023 under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act. ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 16.10.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.27206 of 2021, thereby directing the respondents to remove the encumbrance by way of attachment made in G.O.Ms.No.1066, Home(Courts IIA) Department, dated 24.10.2001.

The learned Government Advocates appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with. They also produced a copy of encumbrance certificate before this Court.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocates, this Contempt Petition is closed.
