The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to forbear the respondent No.4 and 5 from laying thar road in the water channel comprised in Survey Numbers: 8/1 & 8/2 situated at Edayarpalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District and to provide free flow of water by considering petitioner representation dated 06.01.2020.

petitioner would submit that the petitioner died in the year 2024.
