This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned to' at the instance of the counsel for the petitioner.

2.It has been brought to the notice of this Court that due to inadvertence, document No.6419 of 2009 has been mentioned in two places in the order dated 19.02.2015, viz. in paragraph Nos.

2 & 6 and the said document has no relevance and the document No.6416 of 2013 has to be mentioned, and same has been correctly mentioned in the order.

3.Accordingly, the said document No.6416 of 2013, which was already mentioned in paragraph Nos. 2 & 6 alone has to be taken into account and Registry is directed to issue the fresh order copy after deleting Document No.6419/2009, in paragraph Nos. 2 & 6 in the aforesaid order dated 2180 of 2015.
