The writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the second and third respondents and quash the impugned notice calling for Approved Plan in Notice no. 10/00962/2022 dated 26.04.2022 issued by the second and third respondents.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner challenges the impugned notice dated 26.04.2022.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents that in response to the impugned notice, the petitioner has already given his reply on 07.05.2022. He submits that after due enquiry, orders will be passed thereon.
