This petition has been filed to amend the prayer as "to permit the petitioner to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.2 lakhs vide receipt No.46995 dated 03.04.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.26427 of 2017 in Crime No.1452 of 2017 dated 24.07.2018 on the file of XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai" instead of "to permit the petitioner to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.2 lakhs dated 03.04.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.26427 of 2017 in Crime No.1452 of 2017 dated 24.07.2017 on the file of XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.4094 of 2023.

2.Since this petition has to be filed only before the trial Court, this Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a petition before the trial Court concerned.
