Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the order in proceedings Na.Ka.Ni.2/13614/2021 dated 05.01.2022, to quash the same and to issue consequential direction to allow the petitioner to continue as Assistant, Panchayat Union Office, Namakkal, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2022. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The petitioner was working as an Assistant in the Panchayat Union Office, Namakkal. She has been transferred to the Office of the Project Director / Joint Director, Mahalir Thittam (DMMU, Namakkal). The transfer order was issued on 05.01.2022 vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.NI.2/13614/2021 and the same is put to challenge in this Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the impugned order, the petitioner has joined in the transferred place. However, she is under continuous treatment. She has given a representation dated 04.04.2022 to the 1st respondent seeking re-consideration. The petitioner has also enclosed her medical certificates.

5. Therefore, the 1st respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
