JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo stating that he has sent a letter to the appellants on 17.07.2018 and the same was returned with an endorsement as "Addressee Died". He further stated that he has not received any instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased appellant. 2.The said memo is recorded. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that he was informed by the respondent that the appellant died 2 or 3 years back. So, it appears that already the time prescribed for impleading legal representatives has expired.
3.Hence, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
