Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2020 on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation made on 07.07.2020 and take necessary action against the fifth respondent.

2. Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner had already been taken on file and an Enquiry Officer has been appointed to conduct the enquiry. The learned counsel further submitted that immediately after the report is received, necessary action will be taken in accordance with law.

3. Heard Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner has already been taken on file and an Enquiry Officer has been appointed, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with above direction. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
