Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondent to disburse the death and pensionary benefits including gratuity, commutation, arrears of pension, EL Surrender, and other benefits with 18% interest from the date of death of the deceased Murugan i.e. On 25.01.2013 to the petitioner herein within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 30.01.2014.
