out by the learned counsel for parties and the petition and reply, the additional claims raised by the petitioner numbering 21 may also be referred to the same Arbitrator appointed earlier and the terms of the reference will be issued by the respondents in this behalf within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are no further or other claims now to be referred since there has been some confusion, over which, claims required to be adjudicated.
3. The Arbitral Tribunal will endeavour to conclude the arbitration proceedings preferably within a period of six months from the first date of its sitting after the reference has been made.
4. The petition, accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
