(The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J) Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while disposing of the writ petition on 04.06.2019, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has wrongly mentioned that the petitioner is having one previous case in the above mentioned writ petition and hence this Court ordered the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as fine amount.

3. Subsequently, this Court by order dated 19.06.2019 passed the following order:- "Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error have been crept in the order dated 04.06.2019.

3. We do not find any error in directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only). Therefore no further clarification is required".

4. This Court, now after clarification from the learned Special Government Pleader finds that there is no previous case against the petitioner and the deposit amount to be made by the petitioner is modified as follows. http://www.judis.nic.in

5. Upon hearing both sides, paragraph Nos.4 & 6 (i) of the order dated 04.06.2019 shall read as follows:-

4. "On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Special Government Pleader for respondents that the vehicle in question was used for illegal transportation of mines and minerals like River Sand and hence the vehicle was seized. He would further submit that the petitioner is having no previous case. 6 (i). The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) before the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned as non-refundable deposit."

6. In other aspects, earlier order dated 04.06.2019 shall remain unaltered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in paragraph Nos.4 & 6(i) of the order and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
