These two Criminal Revision Petitions have been filed by the State challenging the orders passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, refusing to call additional witnesses and to receive documentary evidence.

2. After having filed these revision petitions, since the trial was over and the accused were convicted and sentenced to various terms of sentences and since the appeals themselves have come up before this court for final hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.V.M.R.Rajendran did not press both the revision petitions. He has also made endorsement individually to that effect. It also needs to be noted that the original records relating to these revisions petitions have been misplaced somewhere by the Registry. Since the revision petitions are not pressed, we do not want to pass any order for reconstruction of the revision petitions.

3. In the result, both the Criminal Revision Petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
