This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1609 of 2023 in para 6 of the order as follows :- "6. The petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one surety must be a blood related surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further conditions that"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have no one here blood relative that they are brothers and sisters. Therefore, they have filed this petition to modify the condition.
3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to that effect as follows:- "The petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed"

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 1609 of 2023 vide order dated 06.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.
5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 08.06.2023 rpp 3/4
