Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent - State.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioners were found in possession of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income to the tune of Rs.53.00 lakhs and odd.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended pending disposal of the appeal and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Coimbatore, and on further condition that they shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month until further orders.
