This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25993 of 2022 dated 02.01.2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
