Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 2 & 3 to conduct a re-examination in a common place other than the 1st respondent school for may son and 41 other students who had failed/detained in the IX standard and based upon the marks obtained in the re-examination and let the 1st respondent reconsider IX results.
