Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings dated 20.02.2020 in ROC.No.2334/2020/K1-1 of the 1st respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner as Accountant in the Mannarkudi Municipality with effect from 20.02.2020 with all attendant benefits.
