There is no representation for the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ petition seeking permission to the students to write their annual examinations for the academic year 2012-2013 and further considering the fact that the said academic year is already over and that no interim order was granted in this writ petition favouring the petitioner, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
