O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, placing reliance upon the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15203/<1/2009 dated 28.12.2018 supported by the documents in respect of payment of crediting the amount in the account of the petitioner, submits that the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1377 of 2009 dated 11.01.2017 has been complied with.

2. We are satisfied with the order passed by the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Tirunelveli District and the compliance made. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
