Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4-5 to give permission and protection from the 6 to 11 respondents for the Mahakumbabishegam in "Shri Kamatchi Amman Thirukoil" situated at Kaniyur Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District on 24.05.2023, between 9.00 a.m., to 10.30 a.m., by considering the representation dated 10.04.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents 4-5 to give permission and protection from the 6 to 11 respondents for the Mahakumbabishegam in "Shri Kamatchi Amman Thirukoil" situated at Kaniyur Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District on 24.05.2023, between 9.00 a.m., to 10.30 a.m., by considering the representation dated 10.04.2023.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to direct the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2023, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties viz., the respondents 6 to 11 herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 25.05.2023.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost.
