This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.295/2012, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.295 of 2012 was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur and the final report has been returned.

4. The respondent Police is directed to re-present the final report within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur is directed to take on file and pass orders in accordance with law.
