This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner/accused -1 on bail in Spl.S.C No. 235 of 2023 pending before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the victim girl. Hence,the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the gravity of the offence and if he released on bail he may tamper the evidence and the case is at the stage of trial. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
