ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C, in Crime No.137 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. There are totally five accused involved in this case. The petitioner has been arrayed as A2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner snatched the de facto complainant's Redmi Note 5 Pro Mobile Phone. Hence the complaint.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that two of the accused were arrested and released on bail. Though, initially an FIR came to be registered for the offence under Section 392 of IPC, after investigation, it was altered for the offence under Section 395 of IPC. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed on him.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally five accused, in which the petitioner has been arrayed as A2. Therefore, the custodial interrogation is very much required since he committed the offence under Section 395 of IPC.
6. Taking into consideration of the bad antecedents on the petitioner and also the custodial interrogation is very much required, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
