ORDER

After hearing arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he will withdraw the present petition seeking suspension of sentence. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle. 2.

In view the above endorsement and the submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
