J U D G M E N T

This is an appeal against acquittal, aggrieved by the Judgment dated 07.12.2007 in C.C.No.2448 of 1999 passed by the learned XVIII Metropolitan

Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. It has already been reported that the appellant/complainant passed away pending the appeal, which was recorded by this Court on 21.09.2023. No other legal heirs have approached either this Court or the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as abated. 12.06.2025 : Yes/No Jer To 1.The XVIII M.M.Saidapet, Chennai.
