Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the orders dated 19.08.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent in Proceedings Na.Ka.No.5201/91/E1, quash the same and also direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner in the post of Cane Assistant from the date of joining in the said post and consequently provide all the service benefits including monetary benefits arising thereof.
