W.P.No.14073 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 4 and 5 have died and hence steps must be taken to substitute the legal heirs of deceased respondents 4 and 5. Accordingly, the learned counsel sought for sometime.

2.Post this writ petition on 15.04.2025. In the meantime, steps shall be taken to file a petition to implead the legal heirs of deceased respondents 4 and 5.
