This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2021 passed by the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that since the administrator can be appointed to look after the Society, the order dated 21.01.2021 passed by the respondent, which is impugned in this writ petition, has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
