ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report of the case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2020 in Crime No.277 of 2021 on the file of the respondent/police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 21.06.2020, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent/police shall file a final report within a period of four months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent/police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant.
