The Writ Petition is filed seeking direction the 1st respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2022 and further directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent under Section 25 (U) of the Industries Disputes Act on the basis of the petitioner's representation.
