PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.05.2021 and investigate the case.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.05.2021 and investigate the case. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and he had lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 21.05.2021 and CSR No.479 of 2021 assigned on 24.05.2021. Thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted in this case and Crime No.813 of 2021 came to be registered on 05.07.2021, for offence under Section 147, 447 and 506(i) IPC. On conclusion of investigation the case has been closed as "Mistake of fact" on 27.11.2021. The closure report and the RCS notice have been filed before the lower Court. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not aware of the closure report and he has not received the above said closure report so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the same the respondent police is directed to communicate the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
