ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct respondents to register the First Information Report and take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2019 in a time bound period. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 11.03.2019 and also filed another complaint on 21.06.2019, thereafter, he has not aware of the complaints, hence, the present direction petition filed before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint dated 11.03.2019 and followed by another complaint dated 21.06.2019

were forwarded to the Department of Police, Job Racket, Team - IX, Central Crime, Vepery, Chennai. On receipt of the same, the petitioner was called for enquiry twice, through his contact number found in the complaint. The petitioner failed to appear for the enquiry, thereafter, the complaint was closed on 22.10.2019. After two years, this direction petition has been filed before this Court for obvious reason. The petitioner is not interested and diligent to produce the relevant materials inspite of him being called to do so.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

5.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner shall appear before the respondent/police and co-operate with enquiry and he also ready to produce the relevant materials in support of his complaint. 6.Considering the above submissions and satisfied with the reason, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent/police on 23.06.2021 and 24.06.2021 at about 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, for the future dates if required and the same on the basis of the direction of the respondent/police in accordance with law.

7.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
