This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27818 of 2023, dated 19.02.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only two days. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27818 of 2023 dated 19.02.2024.
