O R D E R

The petitioner while working as a Noon Meal Organizer at Adi Dravida Welfare school, Su.Katteri Village, was dismissed from service on 15.11.1987 on the ground of defalcation. Challenging such termination order, the petitioner preferred an appeal and the same has also been dismissed and thereafter, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Appellate Authority in a writ petition vide WP No.3243 of 2017, which is pending before this Court. In such premises, the authority has come out with an advertisement to fill up the post, where from the petitioner was dismissed and hence, the petitioner seeking an interim injunction not to fill up the said post.

2. This Court is of the view that the prayer made by the petitioner appears to be misconceived, the same is more so in view of the fact that the aforesaid recruitment would no way affects the claim of the petitioner in any manner and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
