Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondents 1 & 2 and learned counsel for third respondent.

The impugned order dated 23.02.2015 has been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal, in the eve of a temple function to be conducted on 23.02.2015. That has been challenged by the petitioner / A-Party.

Now the temple function is over. The impugned order was also over. So the revision should also over, because the cause of action is over. However, if the problem is not over, when the problem arises and if the petitioner has cause of action, then he may take appropriate action available to him in law.
