ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 408 IPC, in Crime No.14 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, he has filed a separate application for the 2nd petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.No.14719 of 2020 and hence he is not pressing this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 1st and 3rd petitioners names were deleted from the charge sheet.

4.
