The application has been filed seeking amendment to the schedule to the petition, which petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate relating to the shares in the name of the deceased Mrs.K.Jagannath that when communication was received from the company, it was found that there are more number of Share Certificate in her holdings and therefore, this application is required.

2. In view of the same, the application stands allowed.

3. Necessary amendment to be carried out to the schedule to the petition indicating the correct number of shares which was holding of Mrs.K.Jagannath and for which Succession Certificate, amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Registry may permit carrying out amendment without insisting on application, to carry out amendment.

5. Let amended petition copy to be filed.
