..Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records in BRR.C.No.B3/2560/2017, dated 08.06.2017 & BRR.C.No.B1/4604/2016, dated 09.06.2017, on the file of the second respondent and quash them as illegal, irregular and contrary to law and further direct the respondents not to release tenders limited to selected individuals.

The grievance of the petitioner in fact is that he has not been allowed to participate in the e-tender and on that, this Court directed the learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation to get instructions.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation, on instructions would submit that if the petitioner meets the respondent No.2, today, i.e., 15.06.2017, an I.D. would be given and thereafter, necessary needful would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be done, so as to enable the petitioner to take part in the e-tender, which is scheduled to be held tomorrow, i.e., 16.06.2017. The learned Standing Counsel would further submit that the petitioner may be directed to produce the Digital Signature Certificate.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by permitting the petitioner to meet the respondent No.2 today, i.e,. 15.06.2017 and produce the Digital Signature Certificate. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
