ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.Sundar, J.) Despite our order dated 02.12.2024, the Registry has not initiated suomotu contempt proceedings against the appellant.

2. The Registry is directed to number suo-motu contempt proceedings by showing the name of Registrar General as petitioner against the appellant and issue statutory notice to the appellant. The Registry shall bear in mind that the said statutory notice shall be issued to the noticee giving at least three weeks' time to appear/attend in person before the Court on the returnable date.

3. Post on the returnable date mentioned in the statutory notice by the Registry.
