ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 22.05.2020 made in Approval Petition No.169 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing on both sides have made a joint submission that the matter has been settled out of Court and terms of settlement has been reduced into writing. The terms of settlement has been filed and in which both the petitioner and the first respondent have endorsed their signature.

3. As it appears from the terms of settlement dated 05.08.2024, the petitioner has been given with 50% of the back wages to the tune of Rs.4,77,914/- apart from 17(b) wages already paid to him. It is further stated that the petitioner has been reinstated and have been given with posting at the Head Office at Bangalore.

4. Recording the terms of settlement dated 05.08.2024 entered into 2/4

between the petitioner and the first respondent and the submissions made on both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed as per the terms of settlement dated 05.08.2024.
